Responsibilities
- Answer Hotline calls and provide legal advice to callers on employment matters, civil litigation, and small claims court questions.
- Assess applications from victims of workplace sexual harassment.
- Draft letters and legal documents, including demand letters and workplace complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteer lawyers supporting the program.
- Collaborate with external organizations to coordinate services and improve system navigation for clients.
Qualifications
- Licensed lawyer with employment law experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate emotionally charged conversations with empathy and professionalism.
