Staff HW Engineer

Description

:
Ideal Candidate prefer has deep understanding of Switched-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) and own knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS) / Battery Backup Units (BBU).

##Key Responsibilities
• Test Planning and Strategy Development:
--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product management, manufacturing)
--- Define testing requirements and objectives
--- Develop comprehensive test plans (methodologies, resources, timelines, success criteria)
--- Identify and implement best practices for testing processes
• Test Design and Implementation:
--- Design and develop test fixtures, automated test scripts, and setups for SMPS and BMS/BBU systems
--- Create detailed test cases and procedures based on specifications and standards
--- Ensure calibration and maintenance of all test equipment
