Staff Harness Engineer for Space-Grade PCBA & Cabling

Capella, an IonQ company, is seeking a Staff Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to own full-cycle PCBA designs from concept to flight readiness. You will collaborate with RF, mechanical, software, FPGA/SoC, and operations teams to deliver high-reliability electronics for space missions.

You will help lead harness design, guide the Electrical Engineering team on special topics, and participate in reviews to ensure readiness. This onsite role in Louisville, CO includes travel up to 10%.
