As a Staff Engineer, you will join a dynamic team focused on transforming and integrating complex brokerage and financial data across Thrivent’s digital ecosystem. You’ll work closely with others, supporting both production and new product development. The team is responsible for ingesting, transforming, and making financial data available for enterprise-wide consumption, leveraging a modern tech stack including AWS, Python, Java, APIs, and ETL tools. This role requires deep expertise in data engineering, especially with brokerage data and vendor APIs (Fidelity, Schwab, Investnet), and a strong understanding of financial integration components. You’ll be expected to drive enhancements, mentor peers, and ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with Thrivent’s long-term vision.
