Staff Engineer, RD Test Development for Sensor ICs

CSA’s LSPLight Sensors & Power Solutions division seeks a test development engineer to influence design for test and drive new test solutions for wafer-level and final test. You will lead back-end manufacturing needs, plan test times, and develop HW/SW for pre-production, ensuring robust, repeatable test coverage.

Role focuses on product test strategies, datasheet-driven validation, and knowledge transfer while collaborating with cross-functional teams across design, apps, and PM.
