Staff DevOps Engineer

Hexagon Robotics is a division of Hexagon – a global leader in precision measurement. The division develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and accelerate the transition from automation to autonomy. Our first humanoid, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and is already in pilots with five customers.

We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to help evolve the platform that powers our robotics stack: from developer laptops through CI clusters to production robots. In this role, you will make our infrastructure observable and dependable, drive engineering effectiveness across the company, and harden our CI/CD and build systems against outages and cost drift. Observability is a central theme: we are expanding our use of Grafana and Prometheus and investing in the broader modern observability stack, and you will be a driving force behind that work.
