Responsibilities
Design and build high-quality software across the full stack.
Expand and enhance Ashby's in-house design system to improve consistency and efficiency.
Develop reusable, composable UI components to enable other engineers to build custom features.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into product specifications.
Improve information hierarchy and usability of complex product screens.
Mentor and support teammates in design and coding best practices.
Qualifications
Strong experience building UI components with TypeScript and React.
Proficiency with GraphQL, Node.js, Postgres, and Redis.
Background in designing and building scalable, data‑intensive applications.
