We are looking for a Staff Committee Assistant to support an international and dynamic People & Culture environment.
This is an interim position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, coordination and support to staff representation bodies.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Staff Committee
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
- Manage internal communications and documentation
- Support coordination of activities and events
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and staff representatives
- Ensure proper record-keeping and follow-up of actions
