We are looking for a Staff Committee Assistant to support an international and dynamic People & Culture environment.

This is an interim position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, coordination and support to staff representation bodies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Staff Committee
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
  • Manage internal communications and documentation
  • Support coordination of activities and events
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and staff representatives
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and follow-up of actions
