Staff CM Planner

Responsibilities

• Act as the control tower for all APAC sub assembly builds required to execute the Global plan, specifically supporting the Malaysia plant.
• Work closely with the CM Americas Planner and the Global Supply Lead to ensure operations drive consolidated and comprehensive plans.
• Establish and maintain the production schedule for appropriate component and FG items.
• Create and maintain a production and shipment plan for CMs (contract manufacturers) consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast while considering current inventory stocking levels at Dexcom and its CMs.
• Accountable for production plan adherence.
• Set targets for safety stock levels based on lead times and network capacity as well as 3PL reorder points.
• Own the APAC CM S&OP process which acts as a ‘control tower’ to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the changing capacity, build plan, and inventory needs while considering and mitig...
