Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff augmentation-related inquiries from internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage escalations and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with client contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage and deliver reporting cadences for internal stakeholders and clients, providing insights and visibility into delivery performance.
- Collaborate with Sales to support new opportunities and expand existing engagements.
- Partner with internal and external business leaders to advise on staff augmentation recruitment and resourcing strategies.
