Coupang Play is expanding our CX Engineering team. As Staff Android Engineer, you’ll guide technical standards, architecture, and developer productivity across the Android platform, mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product, Design and Backend to realize business needs.

You’ll drive MVVM/MVI modularization, migrate to Jetpack Compose, optimize startup time and memory usage, and build scalable design systems.
