Staff AI Software Engineer (TypeScript/NestJS/Next.js)

SYSGEN RPO is seeking staff-level engineers to lead AI-assisted development for a mental health care platform. You will own architecture decisions across a live production codebase using TypeScript (NestJS backend, Next.js frontend) and guide the team on when to deploy AI tooling versus manual intervention.

You should have 8+ years in senior software roles, deep TypeScript fluency, and a track record of effectively integrating AI-assisted tools into real workflows.
