We are partnering with one of the most prestigious companies in the health tech industry to find a Staff AI Engineer to lead the AI transformation of their engineering organization.
This is a full‑time role under a direct employment relationship, paid in USD, and based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a hybrid work model (2 days per week onsite in Puerto Madero).
The company works on the forefront of medical data interoperability, building large‑scale distributed systems that ensure accurate and secure exchange of health information.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of AI tools and methodologies across the engineering team.
- Deliver software engineering projects from concept to production.
- Guide the migration from monolith to microservices architecture.
- Implement and maintain AI‑enhanced development practices.
