The Staff Accountant will assist with the review of 2025 financial activity across multiple entities, including hotels, restaurants, laundry companies, and related ownership entities.

Job Responsibilities
- Review assigned general ledger accounts for unusual balances, missing support, miscoding, duplicate entries, or stale activity
- Assist in identifying accounts with balances that do not align with the nature of the account
- Research transaction details in QuickBooks Online and supporting systems
- Request necessary documentation to validate account balances
- Support the cleanup of prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, intercompany balances, liabilities, deposits, fixed assets, and expense accounts
