Staff Accountant- US Accounting

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations. This is a remote position responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with transactional accounting tasks, and ensuring timely processing of accounting functions.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working within structured processes and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative functions, including but not limited to:

Accounts Payable & Payment Processing

• Record accounts payable (AP) entries accurately and timely

• Enter and update bill pay transactions in Bill.com

• Maintain and update weekly bill payment schedules

• Ensure proper coding and documentation of invoices and expenses
