Position Title: Staff Accountant

Job Summary:
The staff accountant serves as a key financial partner to Operations, and Finance leadership, providing financial oversight across assigned projects and business units. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance and performance visibility while proactively driving profitability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
General Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary financial point of contact for assigned business areas, delivering timely and insightful analysis on revenues, costs, WIP, margins, orders, taxes, depreciation, etc.
- Own assigned monthly close activities, including account analysis, reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
