S&T Research Chemist

As a S&T Research Chemist you will direct impactful research to solve technical problems in a cost-effective manner focused on the development of resins for coatings.

You will report to a Senior S&T Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute experimental designs for synthesizing new resins for coatings.
• Manage and perform industrial scale-up of products developed in the laboratory.
• Demonstrate proactive safety leadership.
• Identify opportunities for safety-related improvements.
• Participate in at least two research projects for new product development.
• Support the opening of at least one new research project focused on resin synthesis.
• Comply with safety guidelines, and participate in the implementation of the safety management system.
