**General Description**:
Project Management function, focus on Transportation and logistics operations. Capability of leading strategic projects related to route optimization, implementation of logistics management systems, facilities, process automation and operations expansion. Strong project management skills, knowledge of logistics environment, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments, all based on optimal operation designing, human resources development and management, QCTS concepts, KPIS, tracking & Nissan Way thinking.
**Operation**:Bought Out parts ground transportation, Final Vehicle Logistics, In-house parts transportation, Last mile logistics, Quality assurance on field and VPC's.
**Scope**:All NMEX plants, Parts suppliers, Carriers, Service suppliers, Dealers.
