Job Summary Support logistic activities regarding Shipping and/or Warehouse in order to area to drive cost reduction, service levels, safety and effective utilization of warehouse and logistics activities. What you will do

 

As a SSN Sales Administrator you will:

 

  • Main point of contact for customers and market companies for parts orders and enquiries.
  • Execute the end-to-end process for parts orders, quotations, return logistics and invoicing, including tasks in SAP and other internal systems.
  • Execute pro-active follow-up of remaining orders.
  • Execute external purchasing, follow-up with suppliers.
  • Participate in defining and deploying Visual Management including the right metrics for Parts Administration.
  • Participate in driving Tetra Pak's Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Engage in the share, learn and implementation of best practices.
