SSC Controller: KPI & Budget Performance Insights

Mission

• Monthly preparation of performance KPIs and development of new indicators to support the decision‑making of the CSC management team.
• Preparation and participation in monthly performance meetings with CSC client countries.
• Collaboration with the regional D&D department to generate performance reports using BI and BO tools.
• Preparation of the annual budget, monthly monitoring of CSC costs and analysis of deviations from the budget.
• Monitoring stabilization and process improvement activities.
• Monitoring customer countries' satisfaction through a quarterly NPS survey, including analysis of results.
