Leading manufacturer and designer of custom protective and specialty packaging products requests:**Accountant for Shared Services Center in accounts payable****Activities and responsibilities**:- Accounts payable: Follow-up on approval of invoices for registration in the ERP system.
- Documentation in electronic file of registered invoices- Review with the treasury of the list of invoices approved for payment, registration of new suppliers and modifications in the system.
- Supplier account statement reports- Cross training with the work team- Processing of expense reports in SAP CONCUR- Reporting with Human Resources and Finance- Intercompany reconciliation- Review of transactions in system module- 2 APD review and validation of 3 way match of the invoices of the divisions with the accounting record in the system- Review, validation and support of weekly payment lists.
