Responsibilities
- Develop, implements, and monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain safety equipment inventory, perform periodic safety inspections, monitor hazardous waste removal vendors, and support consolidation of hazardous wastes.
- Conduct emergency response and hazardous material handling.
- Monitor environmental compliance and maintain liaison with appropriate regulatory agencies.
- Recommend corrective action where environmental health and safety hazards exist.
- Include ergonomic compliance‑related activities.
- Monitor industrial health compliance.
- Report to the EHS Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial or related field.
