As a SRE engineer, the candidate will be focused on ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of the platform deployed in AWS Public cloud, and will support production incidents.
- Ensure platform availability and reliability through process automation and monitoring.
- Operate, maintain, and develop solutions in our monitoring and alerting tools: Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty. Monitoring as code.
- Participate in an on‑call rotation.
- Provide quick response, troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents operating in any piece of the environment.
- Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in the definition of resilient and scalable solutions.
- Define and develop SLA’s & SLO’s to monitor trends, collaborate with engineering teams to ensure observability, traceability, and resilience of the services.
