The Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights that support growth, retention, personalization, and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and statistical skills, deep experience working with modern analytics platforms, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
