Sr.Associate / Associate Global Transaction Advisory Group

How you will contribute

As a Senior Associate / Associate within the TAG team, you will support clients through complex transactions and pan-European projects for leading private equity clients, financial institutions and corporates. You will work closely with senior team members and clients to deliver high-quality accounting and advisory solutions across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Spain and across Europe, working closely with our Directors & the wider TAG team
• Work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure
• Gain constant exposure to our Directors & Managing Directors leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing
