Role and Responsibilities
Create critical path netlists and perform characterization of SRAM designs.
Generate and validate Liberty (.lib), AVM, and DAT views for SRAM/ROM.
Conduct quality checks on characterization outputs and ensure accuracy.
Perform timing, power, and leakage characterization of SRAM designs.
Support characterization database and perform data analysis.
Collaborate with design, verification, and ASIC teams to ensure smooth integration of characterized IPs.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of SRAM architecture and functionality.
Hands-on experience with Liberty / AVM / DAT view generation.
Knowledge of timing, power, and leakage analysis.
