Sr Test Mfg Eng Supervisor

As a Senior Test Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor for AERO based in Mexicali, you will be responsible for managing two key areas: the Tool Room and Tool Design. This role involves overseeing workshop machinery and tools such as lathes, cutting, and grinding machines, along with personnel management. On the design side, you will utilize CAD, drawing platforms, GD&T, and apply basic design knowledge. Advanced proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate within the team and across departments.

You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager on-site at our Mexicali, Mexico location.
