100% Night Shift (US EST Time Zone)
Key Responsibilities:
Configure & implement Avaya Aura (System/Session Manager, CM, Messaging, Gateways, SBC)
Work with SIP services, SIP trunking, dial plans, routing & Remote Worker setups
Deploy/support virtual & physical Avaya servers (ESXi/AVP)
Integrate IVR, Call Recording, CMS, Equinox, AADS
Troubleshoot end-to-end telephony issues (SIP traces, routing, vectors)
Apply patches, service packs, licensing (PLDS) & manage upgrades
Required Experience:
12+ years in
