Sr. Technical Lead, Employee Onboarding

What is the opportunity? As Senior Technical Lead, Employee Onboarding, you will provide technical leadership for the platforms integrations automation capabilities, and architecture that enable the employee onboarding experience across the enterprise. You will partner closely with process designers, product managers, platform teams, and engineering partners to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that improve employee readiness, productivity, mobility, and offboarding. You will serve as the primary technical authority for cross-system and orchestration onboarding technology capabilities, ensuring solutions align with business requirements, enterprise standards, security requirements, and long-term architectural strategy.
