• Technically sound with deep expertise in automotive software and systems.
• Strong ability to engage, push back when needed, and manage risks and dependencies effectively.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Ability to work across domains and integrate internal and third-party solutions for large-scale programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
