Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert in the hiring process, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to ensure high quality experience for both.
Proactively develop strategic relationships and engagement strategies with identified universities, technical organizations and referral networks.
Review resumes and employment applications to create a shortlist of candidates for the hiring manager.
Interview and screen applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and fit within the organization.
Make employment recommendations based on phone screens, on‐site interviews and evaluation of prior employment records.
Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the hiring process.
Establish weekly cadence reviews with hiring managers to ensure timely response to candidates and fill the position.
