Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer (Mexicali)

Position Summary

It is responsible for the administration of systems, procedures and receipt inspection programs in a way that guarantees the quality of the raw material. In conjunction with receipt inspection, you must identify quality problems in supplies and work on the solution. It is also responsible for verifying and ensuring that the Suppliers have complete knowledge to implement and comply with the specifications and technical procedures of the product defined by the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of the raw material (inputs to the process).
• Manage internal customer complaints related to suppliers until the impact on the process is eliminated.
• Definition of metrics for supplier quality control.
• Qualification and evaluation of suppliers (survey).
