Sr Supplier Development Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Supplier Development Engineer to lead supplier development initiatives across the North America region.
Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Development, you will play a critical role in enhancing supplier capabilities, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards, and driving continuous improvement across the supply base.
In this role, you will define and execute supplier development programs, conduct capability assessments, and lead performance improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure supplier readiness, support onboarding and training, and drive adherence to QCDTS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology, Sustainability) metrics.
Your expertise in VDA 6.3, IATF standards, and strategic sourcing will be key to strengthening TE's supply chain resilience and operational excellence.
