Sr. Strategy & Planning Associate - Latam Community Operations

**About the Role**
As a Sr. Strategy & Planning Associate, you will help to build our customer support infrastructure across LATAM and the world. You will also help us transform Uber into a more customer centric company. You will intake strategic projects from conceptualization to implementation that would, in the end, result in a better service for drivers and riders. Finally, you will develop presentations to communicate strategic plans and visions, report on weekly/monthly/quarterly results and opportunities, author strategic initiatives, explore complex business issues, coordinate key strategic meetings with different teams, and develop respective action plans!
He/She should have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, good time-management and stakeholder management, a creative and problem solving attitude, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information. SQL/Python/R expertise will be a distinct advantage.
