Responsibilities
- Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and offering upsell opportunities.
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
- Master product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
- Initiate steps to help customers resolve concerns or roadblocks that affect satisfaction or product usage.
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers.
- Handle a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with majority communication outbound.
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to capture all relevant data.
- Undertake sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, acting as the voice of the customer, and renewing contracts.
