Sr. Specialist, Renewal Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and offering upsell opportunities.
  • Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Master product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
  • Initiate steps to help customers resolve concerns or roadblocks that affect satisfaction or product usage.
  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers.
  • Handle a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with majority communication outbound.
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to capture all relevant data.
  • Undertake sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, acting as the voice of the customer, and renewing contracts.
