Senior Partner Specialist

The Senior Partner Specialist is responsible for enabling the sales process for AI products and services by supporting and managing relationships with channel partners. This role focuses on onboarding, activating, and empowering partners to successfully position and sell solutions while ensuring a seamless partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide newly signed partners through onboarding, ensuring they understand tools, processes, systems, and available resources.
• Drive partner activation by supporting partners through their initial transactions and helping reduce time-to-first-deal.
• Educate partners on sales materials, pricing structures, use cases, and partner programs.
• Provide guidance on positioning solutions to customers and direct partners to appropriate technical resources when required.
