The Role

In this role, you will:

• Focus on the people side of change, to help ensure Cameco realizes the benefits of the various projects and initiatives within the company.
• Be responsible for stakeholder impact analysis and developing and executing change management plans (communications, training, resistance management, coaching and reinforcement).
• Pride yourself in building relationships with key stakeholders and view change management as an art as well as a science, focusing on the heart and the mind to achieve the desired behaviour change.
• Work closely with sponsors, project managers and stakeholders to ensure the goals of the project are achieved and Cameco realizes the intended benefits.
• Occasionally travel to site/northern operations.
