What This Role Is Accountable For Sourcing execution decisions and supplier awards Supplier matrix ownership and risk mitigation Cost outcomes within merchant‑defined guardrails End‑to‑end program performance through production and shipment What you´ll do Decide sourcing execution approach, including bid vs. negotiate and supplier selection. Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and business awards. Approve costs within merchant guardrails. Own and optimize the supplier matrix, including onboarding, development, diversification, and exits. Monitor programs during production and shipment, resolving issues in partnership with Supply Chain, CMA, and Replenishment.
