**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead all customer acquisition efforts across a range of organic online channels.
- Partner with internal teams (product, design and technology) and external agency, media and technology partnerships on communication development and implementation.
- Investigate new partners opportunities and trends to fuel innovation around demand creation and acquisition.
- Manage reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA and ROI.
- Work closely with Finance team members to gain key insights on performance and new opportunities.
