Sr. SAP Functional Specialist

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for addressing SAP functional issues to support the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Operations.
• Plans, Assigns and Reviews work of junior members of the team to ensure quality and timely delivery of work.
• Monitors work progress of the team, adjusting timelines and work assignments to respond to the fluctuating workloads; Ensures that these timelines and work progress are constantly communicated to the stakeholders.
• Provides guidance /acts as coach to the junior members of the team.
• Primary Contact for SCM related issues and concerns.
• Identify Improvement opportunities, build proposals in System and/or process to make the process more efficient.
• Analyze complex ideas or proposals and recommend relevant and meaningful IT Solutions in the area handled.
