Sr. Reliability Supervisor

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree
• At least 12 years of FA-REL working experience or related experience with an Electronics/Semiconductor company
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing flow, non‑destructive failure analysis such as X‑ray, SAM (Scanning Acoustic Microscopy), high‑ and low‑magnification external inspection, non‑contact measurement, and destructive testing for failure analysis; ability to interpret reliability tests and understand capacity planning of machine and manpower
• Knowledgeable in MS Office; experience with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is an advantage
• Keen to detail, able to work with minimum supervision, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills
