The Senior Specialist, R2R Service Delivery is responsible for executing end-to-end Record-to-Report activities for Anthesis Finance Shared Service Centre, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting. The role supports the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process in line with group reporting timelines and internal control requirements. And able to guide junior team members while remaining hands‑on. The role collaborates closely with Local Finance, FP&A, Group Finance, and external auditors to resolve issues, analyse variances, and strengthen the overall financial close governance cadence.
