DanFoss is looking for an experienced Sr.
Quality Manager based in Apodaca, Mexico.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ensure that our local QMS and execution of processes meets the requirements of the RC QMS
Ensure that the local organization know about, and fulfil agreed customer specific requirements
Ensure that employees in the organization have the right quality competencies to execute the QMS processes
Drive overall continuous improvement process related to quality (by improving process stability and capability)
Drive the activity, cohesion and development of the local quality team through leadership
Cooperation with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Coaching team members.
