DanFoss is looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Manager based in Apodaca, Mexico.

• Ensure that our local QMS and execution of processes meet the requirements of the RC QMS.
• Ensure that the local organization knows about, and fulfils agreed customer specific requirements.
• Ensure that employees in the organization have the right quality competencies to execute the QMS processes.
• Drive overall continuous improvement process related to quality (by improving process stability and capability).
• Drive the activity, cohesion and development of the local quality team through leadership.
• Cooperate with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
