Sr.
Quality Engineer Responsible to lead CS Engineers in the region to provide extraordinary service to our customers, providing fast response on quality/delivery issues using problem solving methods, fast response and conflict management as needed, with excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Deep understanding of customer SCORECARD, interpretation and lead specific actions to sustain performance in GREEN.
In the applicable regions, assign a Customer Quality Specialist to represent VOC and CSRs to CS Globally (for Integral Customers).
Know customer (specific) requirement and assure appropriate communication inside Aptiv CS organization.
Develop customer relationships by maintaining presence at customer locations.
Manage all customer escalations throughout all management levels (organization, communication, presentation, action plan implementation and follow up).
Prepare and lead the management reviews with customers.
