The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for leading quality assurance activities during product transfer, pilot, ramp-up, and serial production. This role ensures process validation, customer compliance, and QMS effectiveness in alignment with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. The position plays a critical leadership role during Phase 3 ramp-up and multi-line automotive launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA)
