Job Description

• Implement Quality Management Systems.
• Manage the timely and effective resolution of customer feedback.
• Oversee performance and provide improvement plans for incoming raw materials and piece parts.
• Inspection, assembly, and test outgoing inspection, line claims, and RMAs.
• Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non‑conforming materials and products.
• Review the accuracy of suppliers’ SCAR report and effectiveness monitoring.
• Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
• Analyze quality data and prepare quality report.
• Support customer and internal manufacturing audits.
• Willing to work in a flexible environment.

Requirements/Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
