We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Technician to support and lead inspection and quality assurance activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements while driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior team members.
Perform and lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assembliesReview engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirementsUtilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparator)Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supplier Quality teamsDrive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiativesSupport production team in day-to-day activities.Validate when defective material is reported by production team.MUST HAVE
