Position Title: Sr. Proposal Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management and oversight of Aecon’s formal submissions in response to RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and Market Soundings
- Lead major proposal pursuits where Aecon is the lead partner in a joint venture (JV) partnership
- Provide direct leadership to Proposal Managers and Coordinators, including coaching and skill development
- Maintain and develop proposal standards, tools, and best practices to ensure consistency
- Review proposal performance metrics, win/loss outcomes, and trend analysis to inform continuous improvement and decision ‑ making
- Act as an escalation point for significant execution, resourcing, or quality issues, driving resolution at the leadership level.
