SR. PROJECT/PROGRAM ENGINEER

The Project/Program Sr. Engineer/Manager is responsible for managing new and existing customer projects within the subsidiary’s environment (Penang, Butterworth, Sg. Petani), ensuring successful execution from RFQ stage until mass production and delivery.

This role acts as the key coordinator between customers, internal departments, suppliers, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer quality expectations.

Candidate shall drive cross-functional communication, risk management, cost control, schedule management, and customer satisfaction. Proficient in English, Chinese due to projects requirements .
